Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electrical systems design, control systems, or industrial automation.
• Experience with control logic, AutoCAD, motor starting systems, VFDs, and soft starters.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with engineering, project management, and customer-facing teams.
• Advanced English proficiency preferred; ~90% of customers are based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical and control systems for industrial applications.
• Develop and review control logic, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Create and modify electrical designs using AutoCAD.
• Select and apply motor starting and control solutions, including VFDs and soft starters.
• Support the integration of electrical equipment and industrial automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control-related issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and deliverables per project requirements.
• Collaborate with PMO and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Support projects primarily serving U.S.-based customers.
