Job summary

Schneider Electric in Monterrey is seeking an Engineer II to develop low-voltage ETO electrical designs that can be manufactured and assembled efficiently. You will produce electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD tools, and support instrumentation, automation, and control systems while collaborating closely with Project Managers, Manufacturing, Sales, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience with low-voltage electrical systems and control software.
• Proficiency with electrical design and CAD tools.
• Understanding of communication protocols and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and documentation.
• Basic English for technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs for low-voltage ETO solutions.
• Create electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and docs.
• Support instrumentation, automation, and control system work.
• Translate requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, manufacturing, sales, and customers.
• Provide production floor technical support.
• Troubleshoot design issues and implement solutions.
• Support ERP-based configuration in SAP.
• Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
