Job summary

Kerry is seeking a leader to drive the centralized Indirect Purchase Order team within its North America service. You will oversee request validation, PO creation, changes, and supplier inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong procurement knowledge, process improvement mindset and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced Shared Services environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a Finance or Shared Services environment.
• Proven knowledge of procure-to-pay, indirect purchasing and PO management.
• Experience with process improvement and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centralized Indirect PO team ensuring timely, accurate processing.
• Steer workflow, capacity planning and SLA adherence across NA service.
• Perform root-cause analysis on errors and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, GBS, and internal stakeholders for optimisations.
• Coach and develop team members, manage changes and transitions.
