Job summary

Kerry Group is seeking an Indirect Procurement Associate to join our Global Business Services team supporting North America operations. You will create and manage indirect POs, process requisitions, and ensure compliant procurement workflows.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will coordinate approvals, resolve issues, and provide proactive, customer-focused support while upholding service level expectations in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Shared Services, Finance, Customer Service, or related areas.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
• Proactive, customer-focused and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage indirect Purchase Orders (POs)
• Process requisitions through procurement systems such as Coupa and SAP
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and issue resolution
• Support invoice, receipt, and PO discrepancy management
• Maintain compliance with procurement processes and policies
• Deliver high-quality customer service and stakeholder support
