Qualifications include a degree in Industrial or Maintenance Engineering, 1 year of experience, and solid Excel skills. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and FIFO cycles is valued.

• At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience in inventory planning and control.
• Experience calculating inventory levels and turnover.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory system.
• Experience with cycle counting.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and managing purchase requisitions.

INDIRECT MATERIALS PLANNER

The Indirect Materials Planner is responsible for coordinating the replenishment process of consumables, spare parts, and indirect materials for the Tool Crib and Maintenance warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update purchase requisition records.
• Analyze inventory levels to generate purchase requisitions.
• Segregate consumables to be requisitioned by production area.
• Follow up on purchase requisitions pending approval.
• Follow up on requisitions with pending Purchase Order (PO) creation.
• Manage cycle count activities.

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience in inventory planning and control.
• Experience calculating inventory levels and inventory turnover.
• Knowledge of the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system.
• Experience with cycle counting processes.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.Experience managing purchase requisitions.
