Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, seeks an Incident Response Analyst to support incident response for TrendAI and its customers across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.

The role involves root cause analysis, malware-related work, and collaboration with security teams to improve visibility and resilience. Strong English and Spanish communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of incident response experience.
• Strong English and Spanish communication (written and verbal).
• Experience with Windows, Linux, macOS in enterprise environments.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Willingness for on-call support and after-hours incidents.
• Willingness to travel to support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents for TrendAI customers.
• Containment, eradication, and forensic analysis leadership.
• Root cause analysis and actionable reports.
• Threat hunting to identify adversary behavior.
• Communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with detection engineering and security operations.
