Job summary

Deel is seeking an Information Security Analyst to lead incident response, threat hunting, and security operations. You will manage daily alerts, tune SIEM rules, and drive proactive defense across cloud environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cybersecurity, experience with MITRE/NIST/CIS, and strong scripting skills. Fluency in English and ability to work PST hours are required. We offer competitive USD-based total rewards and global benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR and other security tools.
• Familiarity with MITRE, NIST, CIS.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead incident response process and actively investigate events.
• Prioritize alerts based on risk and collaborate for remediation.
• Administer SIEM, log management, and tune alerts.
• Tune detection rules to reduce noise and false positives.
• Develop SOPs and incident response playbooks.
• Engineer IoCs and perform threat hunting.
• Design and maintain security dashboards and SOC metrics.
