Job summary

TrendAI™, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, seeks an Incident Response Analyst to join our team in Torreón. This role blends hands-on incident response, malware analysis, and security monitoring to protect TrendAI customers and assets.

You will triage incidents across endpoints, networks, and cloud, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in incident response, forensics, and security operations.
• Strong English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Willingness to travel and provide after-hours incident response.
• Available for occasional on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and document clear, actionable reports for technical teams and stakeholders.
• Perform proactive threat hunting to identify adversary activity that evaded detection.
• Communicate timely and effective updates to customers or internal stakeholders.
• Partner with detection engineering and security operations to improve visibility.
