Job summary

TrendAITM, the global AI security leader and part of Trend Micro, seeks an Incident Response Analyst to support incident response across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments. The role requires 1–2+ years of experience and strong English/Spanish communication, with occasional on-call and travel.

Candidates should be familiar with Windows, Linux, and macOS, and have knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK. Certifications like GCIH/GCFA or CISSP are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in incident response, forensics, and security operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK.
• Willingness to travel and provide after-hours on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents across endpoints, networks, and cloud.
• Perform root cause analysis and document actionable reports for technical teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify adversary activity.
• Communicate timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with detection engineering and security operations to improve visibility.
