Mopar in Saltillo, Coahuila is seeking an Inbound Operations Supervisor (JIT, Shipping & Receiving) to optimize inbound logistics performance and ensure timely delivery. The role requires coordinating external transport networks, participating in JIT calls with suppliers and carriers, and managing yard operations and dock schedules.

• Represent plant in JIT logistics calls with suppliers and carriers.
• Oversee yard management and trailer safety/capacity.
• Maintain common ship and delivery schedule accuracy (RDP and Calendar).
• Lead training and manpower management for shipping/receiving.
• Ensure alignment and compliance with Security, Safety, Facilities
• Balance of dock matrix and unloading schedules
