Hitachi Energy is seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team in San Luis Potosí. You will manage inbound deliveries in SAP, create delivery notes, maintain handling units, and coordinate with Transport Planners to ensure timely transports.

We value hands-on SAP logistics experience, strong data integrity, and an eye for detail. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in logistics or purchasing are required, with English proficiency at B2 or higher.

Responsabilités

• Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents.
• Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials.
• Coordinate inbound delivery data flow from PO through SAP modules until delivery is booked.
• Work closely with Transport Planners and provide accurate data for timely transport arrangements.
• Communicate with internal and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies between shipping docs and POs.
• Build relationships with purchasing and logistics teams and direct-material suppliers.

The opportunity:

Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring a smooth flow of data among suppliers, systems, and internal teams.

How you'll make an impact:

• Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents


• Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials


• Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangements


• Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders


• Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy's purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliers


• Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from the purchase order through the SAP modules until the delivery is booked


• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree


• Experience in logistics or purchasing (5+ years)


• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)


• Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules


• Knowledge of transport terminology, regulations, and incoterms


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
