Hitachi Energy is seeking an Accounts Payable Delivery Manager in San Luis Potosí to lead a dynamic team that drives operational excellence. You will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in accounts payable, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and proficient leadership skills. This position offers opportunities for growth in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive AP experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of Accounts Payable professionals to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing and vendor management.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, treasury, and finance teams to optimize workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve complex payment issues.
• Prepare and analyze AP reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
