Hitachi Energy Mexico, S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a Transportation Lead to oversee outbound shipment operations, ensuring on-time delivery and full regulatory compliance across regions.

You will plan transport routes, select modes, coordinate with carriers, create freight orders in the TMS, monitor status, and prepare export paperwork. The role emphasizes data analysis and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation (inbound and/or outbound).
• Advanced English required.
• Experience with carriers, freight forwarders, and ocean/air providers.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate shipment records including costs and claims.
• Track key indicators such as on-time pickup, on-time delivery, and service quality.
• Support continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.
