Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to manage transactional activities in SAP and ensure smooth data flow between suppliers, systems, and internal teams. You will collaborate with Transport Planners and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate inbound delivery data.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in logistics or purchasing, hands-on SAP experience, and strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset. This role is hybrid and located in Mexico.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or purchasing.
• Proficiency in English at least B2 (spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules.
• Knowledge of transport terminology, regulations, and incoterms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous Improvement mentality and mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents.
• Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials.
• Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangements.
• Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders.
• Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy’s purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliers.
• Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from the purchase order through the SAP modules until the delivery is booked.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
