Qualifications

• 2 years of experience supporting the training team or onboarding new employees.
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English required; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage training materials and resources.
• Logistics management: organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, printing materials and participant rosters.
• Training delivery: facilitate New Hire Orientation and annual training sessions.
• Evaluation and reporting: maintain records in ETQ.
