Arrow Electronics in Zapopan, MX, is seeking a Logistics Training Coordinator to manage training materials, coordinate sessions, and deliver onboarding and annual training. The role requires English fluency and prior experience supporting a training team.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. This is an in-office position with regular Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience supporting training teams and onboarding new employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage training materials and resources.
• Logistics management: organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, printing materials and participant rosters.
• Training delivery: facilitate New Hire Orientation/ Annual Training sessions.
• Evaluation and reporting: maintain records in ETQ.
