Passport is seeking a logistics analyst in Mexico to act as the main point of contact for 3PLs, create ASNs for incoming shipments in the warehouse management system, and manage SKUs in the WMS ahead of product launches.

You will monitor inbound shipments, reconcile receipts, track 3PL performance against SLAs, lead projects such as kitting and pack-out for B2B shipments, and analyze shipment and inventory data to drive continuous improvements.

Formación

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate data into insights
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Proficiency in Spanish language preferred

Responsabilidades

• Point of contact for 3PLs
• Create ASNs for incoming shipments in the warehouse management system
• Manage SKUs in the WMS, including creation of new products in the WMS prior to product launches
• Monitor all inbound shipments and reconcile discrepancies in receipts
• Monitor 3PL performance to ensure SLAs are met and create weekly summary reports
• Manage projects at 3PLs, including kitting projects and pack-out of B2B shipments
• Analyze shipment, order, and inventory data to determine efficiencies
• Help document and improve supply chain processes
• Manage and assist with key initiatives to drive continuous improvements
