Intuitive is seeking a Customs and Logistics Analyst for onsite work in Mexicali, Baja California. This role handles end-to-end international shipments, coordinating with brokers and carriers, and ensuring documentation accuracy for customs clearance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customs/trade compliance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/ERP skills to support efficient logistics operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Customs and Trade Compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Customs, Logistics, Law, International Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute international shipments, inbound and outbound, under customs regulations from Mexico and other countries.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers and logistics providers.
• Prepare and review international documents (invoices, packing lists, BOM-related docs).
• Ensure HS codes and country of origin data are accurate on documents.
• Manage 3PL and freight forwarder communications and documentation.
• Maintain recordkeeping and ERP transaction entries for shipments.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and systems in import/export operations.
• Communicate shipment status to internal and external stakeholders.
