H.B. Fuller Procesos in Piedras Negras, Coahuila seeks an IMMEX Compliance & Import/Export Specialist to safeguard IMMEX certification, manage customs documentation, and support cross-border operations.
You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure regulatory adherence and efficient imports/exports. You will oversee Annex 24/31 tracking, prepare Pedimentos, coordinate with brokers and logistics, train staff, and develop SOPs to strengthen compliance and reduce risk.

The IMMEX Compliance & Import/Export Specialist reports to the Import/Export Manager, North America and is responsible for ensuring compliance with IMMEX regulations, managing customs documentation, and supporting import/export operations for H.B. Fuller Procesos. This role is critical to maintaining IMMEX certification, mitigating customs risk, and supporting efficient cross-border operations for the Piedras Negras, Coahuila manufacturing site.
