Job summary

Oferta confidencial is seeking a detail-oriented Import–Export Supervisor to support daily IMMEX import/export operations within an electronics manufacturing environment focused on televisions and monitors. This role is a critical execution position, ideal for professionals ready to step up from coordination to leadership.

You will execute transactions, prepare customs documents, ensure NOM compliance, coordinate with brokers and warehouses, track shipments, and maintain IMMEX inventory controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in import/export or IMMEX operations.
• Electronics industry exposure preferred (TVs, monitors, components).
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
• Growth mindset with interest in advancing to a Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily import and export transactions under the IMMEX program.
• Prepare and validate customs documentation and tariff classifications.
• Ensure compliance with NOMs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses.
• Track shipments and resolve customs incidents or delays.
• Support audits and maintain accurate IMMEX inventory controls.
• Escalate risks and issues to management in a timely manner.
