Johnson Controls is seeking a detailed Customs Coordinator to execute daily import and export operations for the assigned plant with an emphasis on compliance. You will validate documents, prepare customs paperwork, and manage the Annex 24 system while coordinating with the customs agent and internal departments to ensure timely clearance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency; SAP and VUCEM knowledge are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily Import and Export operations with focus on Customs Compliance
• Control arrival of materials to warehouse with Customs Agent
• Validate commercial documents
• Reconcile arrived components with documents
• Prepare customs documents
• Provide technical information for tariff classification
• Serve as point of contact between Customs Agent and the plant
• Follow-up of the customs clearance process from loading to arrival
• Validate import/export declarations and upload into Annex 24
• Manage the Annex 24 customs system
• Track KPIs with Customs Agents
• Review Expense Accounts
