Johnson Controls is seeking a Logistics Scheduler to coordinate national and international carriers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. The role involves collaboration with OTM planners, plant departments, and the SAP/OTM ecosystem to optimize shipments and manage documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in logistics or international business, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferable international business or logistics related career.
• At least 2 years' experience in similar or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all national and international carriers to ensure pickups and deliveries on time.
• Direct communication with OTM planners to ensure correct assignment and follow-up on daily shipments.
• Communicate with all plant departments to ensure correct movements execution.
• Track and trace National / International shipments.
• Assign trips to driver of interplant circuit.
• Follow-up on urgent shipments.
• Keep records of domestic operations and extra expenses.
• Optimize trips in circuit units.
• Direct communication with carriers and drivers.
• Monitor KPI's and shipping reports.
• Ensure daily information of IB/OB/National shipments is available by 10 AM.
• Collaborate with Shipping Supervisor on SAP deliveries for OTM reporting.
• Communicate with OTM planners and Trade compliance team.
• Review/Confirm OTM carrier assignments.
• Activate GPS Trackers.
• Handle invoicing on SAP and carrier invoice auditing.
• Process Carta Porte.
• Ensure US equipment availability for daily OB shipments.
• Daily review with shipping for units pending dispatch.
• Prepare export documents in SAP and manage modifications.
• Handle LTL shipments, BOL & packing for consolidation yard units.
• Escalate situations that may affect shipments.
• Follow up on PFA.
• Keep records of carrier issues for Procurement.
