Clarios is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Immigration professional in Mexico to manage case work, coordinate U.S. visa processes, and support multi-country mobility programs. You will liaise with vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver proactive service to sponsored employees and stakeholders.

The role requires strong English, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration Services, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processes.
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

  • Immigration Case Management: manage cases from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and deadlines.
  • Prioritize and oversee high-volume immigration caseloads with accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to prevent business disruption.
  • Monitor visa, work permit, and immigration-related renewals for ongoing compliance.
  • Stakeholder & Employee Support: be primary contact for sponsored employees, managers, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and vendors.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout immigration processes and relocation activities.
  • Maintain clear communication on case status, milestones, and timelines.
  • Educate stakeholders on immigration requirements, policies, and process updates.
  • Global Immigration Program Execution: coordinate U.S. nonimmigrant visa processes (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.).
  • Support U.S. immigrant processes, including wage determinations, recruitment, PERM reviews.
  • Manage immigration requirements across Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Colombia, Korea, and EMEA/META.
  • Collaborate with regional mobility and immigration teams for global alignment.
  • Vendor & External Counsel Management: liaise with vendors and external counsel for timely case initiation, processing, renewals, and closure.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service levels.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters.
  • Foster productive relationships with external partners to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: ensure activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor changes in immigration laws and communicate impacts.
  • Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Support audits and documentation reviews related to immigration and mobility programs.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: prepare reports, analyze data and trends.
  • Maintain accurate immigration records and case management systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance employee experience.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through process redesign.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: manage invoicing and billing related to immigration and relocation.
  • Review case documentation and employee records.
  • Monitor expirations and renewal requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to Global Mobility.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
Immigration Case Management
  • Manage immigration cases from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and deadlines.

  • Monitor visa, work permit, and immigration-related renewals to ensure ongoing compliance.

Stakeholder & Employee Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsored employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and immigration vendors.

  • Provide guidance and support throughout immigration processes and relocation activities.

  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding case status, milestones, and timelines.

  • Educate stakeholders on immigration requirements, policies, and process updates.

Global Immigration Program Execution
  • Coordinate U.S. nonimmigrant visa processes (H-1B, L-1, TN, and others).

  • Support U.S. immigrant processes, including prevailing wage determinations, recruitment reporting, PERM reviews, and related activities.

  • Manage immigration requirements across multiple countries, including Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Colombia, Korea, and EMEA/META regions.

  • Collaborate with regional mobility and immigration teams to ensure alignment and compliance globally.

Vendor & External Counsel Management
  • Liaise with immigration vendors and external legal counsel to ensure timely case initiation, processing, renewals, and closure.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through process redesign and standardization.

Administrative & Operational Support
  • Manage immigration and relocation-related invoicing and billing activities.

  • Review and track case documentation and employee records.

  • Monitor upcoming expirations and renewal requirements.

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Global Mobility function.
