Clarios is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with leaders, shaping hiring strategies that connect the right talent with critical priorities, today and tomorrow. You will lead hiring initiatives, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and leverage data to drive outcomes across the organization.
You will coach hiring managers, innovate in sourcing with market intelligence, and mentor teammates to scale best practices within the Talent Acquisition function.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be more than a recruiter — you will act as a strategic partner to the business, connecting the right talent to our mission. You will design and lead hiring strategies that ensure the organization has the people, skills, and potential to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
Strategic & Business Acumen
Understands business priorities and translates them into effective hiring strategies.
Anticipates workforce trends and provides proactive talent insights.
Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence
Mastery in sourcing techniques, networks, and platforms.
Ability to map markets, benchmark competitors, and attract diverse talent pools.
Candidate & Stakeholder Experience
Designs engaging and fair candidate journeys.
Builds trust and credibility with leaders through consultative influence.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Uses metrics and analytics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline conversion) to evaluate and improve outcomes.
Communicates insights clearly to non-HR stakeholders.
Inclusive Leadership & Collaboration
Promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
Works effectively across functions and geographies to deliver results.
