Clarios is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with leaders, shaping hiring strategies that connect the right talent with critical priorities, today and tomorrow. You will lead hiring initiatives, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and leverage data to drive outcomes across the organization.

You will coach hiring managers, innovate in sourcing with market intelligence, and mentor teammates to scale best practices within the Talent Acquisition function.

Formación

  • 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition, with strong results in professional and leadership hiring.
  • Experience partnering with leaders to forecast talent needs and design hiring strategies.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credible partnerships across functions.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be more than a recruiter — you will act as a strategic partner to the business, connecting the right talent to our mission. You will design and lead hiring strategies that ensure the organization has the people, skills, and potential to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
  • Enable Business Growth: Partner with leaders to anticipate talent needs and design hiring strategies that connect the right people to critical priorities.
  • Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate, hired or not, leaves with a positive perception of our brand.
  • Innovate in Sourcing: Apply advanced tools, market intelligence, and creative channels to engage diverse, high-quality talent.
  • Guide Leaders: Coach hiring managers in interviewing, decision-making, and building inclusive teams.
  • Use Data to Drive Decisions: Monitor and share insights on recruiting metrics, talent trends, and workforce availability.
  • Develop the Function: Mentor peers, improve processes, and help scale best practices across the Talent Acquisition team.
