Keysight Technologies seeks an ICT Solutions Engineer, Expert to lead technical engagement across Mexico and Latin America. You will design and deliver complex manufacturing test solutions, guiding design-for-test practices and managing multi-stakeholder deployments from NPI to high-volume production.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in a technical field, 8+ years in ICT or test engineering, strong PCB and test-automation knowledge, and fluency in Spanish with business English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in ICT and manufacturing test methodologies.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing technical projects and deployments.
• Fluent Spanish and business-level English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of ICT solution architectures for complex customer environments.
• Define system requirements, test strategies, instrumentation needs, fixture requirements, software architecture, and deployment approaches.
• Provide Design-for-Test (DFT) recommendations to improve manufacturability, test coverage, and fault isolation.
• Support integration of ICT, Boundary Scan, Functional Test, and related technologies.
• Develop technical proposals, architecture documentation, statements of work, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate customer projects from definition to deployment and acceptance.
