Keysight Technologies busca un ICT Solutions Engineer, Expert para liderar soluciones de ICT en México y América Latina. Coordinará con clientes, ventas y equipos de ingeniería para diseñar y entregar soluciones de pruebas complejas y mejorar la calidad del producto y la eficiencia de manufactura.

Se requiere amplia experiencia en ICT, liderazgo de proyectos y disponibilidad para viajar 25-40% por la región. Habrá interacción con EMS, automotriz y fabricantes de dispositivos médicos.

Formación

• Título universitario en ingeniería eléctrica, ingeniería informática, mecatrónica, informática, física o disciplina técnica relacionada.
• Experiencia mínima de 8 años en pruebas de fabricación, ICT, ingeniería de pruebas o disciplinas afines.
• Experiencia demostrada en ICT y procesos de prueba de fabricación.
• Experiencia dirigiendo proyectos técnicos complejos con clientes.
• Conocimiento de PCB, ensamblajes electrónicos y principios DFT.
• Experiencia en desarrollo de estrategias de prueba y arquitecturas técnicas.
• Gestión de proyectos coordinando múltiples partes interesadas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y experiencia en presentaciones.
• Dominio del español y nivel de inglés de negocios.

Responsabilidades

• Servir como asesor técnico principal para oportunidades ICT en México y América Latina.
• Construir relaciones con líderes de ingeniería, fabricación, prueba y calidad del cliente.
• Dirigir sesiones de descubrimiento para entender desafíos y requisitos de prueba.
• Realizar presentaciones, talleres y revisiones de soluciones a nivel ejecutivo y técnico.

Overview

The ICT Solutions Engineer, Expert serves as the technical leader for Keysight's In-Circuit Test (ICT) solutions across Mexico and Latin America. Working closely with customers, sales teams, applications engineers, product divisions, and integration partners, this role is responsible for designing and delivering complex manufacturing test solutions that help customers improve product quality, increase manufacturing efficiency, and accelerate production readiness. As a recognized manufacturing test expert, you will engage with design, test, quality, and manufacturing organizations within EMS providers, automotive suppliers, medical device manufacturers, and industrial companies. You will lead solution architecture, provide Design-for-Test (DFT) guidance, manage complex technical projects, and support customers throughout the product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) through high-volume production. This role combines technical consulting, system architecture, project leadership, software and test development oversight, and customer engagement to drive successful adoption of Keysight ICT solutions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Customer Engagement

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic ICT opportunities across Mexico and Latin America.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, manufacturing, test, quality, and operations leaders within customer organizations.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer manufacturing challenges, quality objectives, and test requirements.
• Conduct executive and technical presentations, workshops, and solution reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer manufacturing quality, test coverage, throughput, and operational efficiency.

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and development of ICT solution architectures for complex customer environments.
• Define system requirements, test strategies, instrumentation needs, fixture requirements, software architecture, and deployment approaches.
• Provide Design-for-Test (DFT) recommendations to improve manufacturability, test coverage, and fault isolation.
• Support integration of ICT, Boundary Scan, Functional Test, and complementary manufacturing technologies.
• Develop technical proposals, architecture documentation, statements of work, and implementation plans.

Project Leadership & Solution Delivery

• Lead customer projects from solution definition through deployment and acceptance.
• Develop project schedules, technical milestones, implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate activities across customers, internal engineering teams, fixture providers, and strategic partners.
• Manage project risks, technical issues, dependencies, and customer expectations.
• Ensure successful delivery of complex manufacturing test solutions.

Test Development & Manufacturing Expertise

• Provide expertise in ICT programming, test development, debug, deployment, and optimization.
• Advise customers on test coverage analysis, fault diagnostics, yield improvement, and manufacturing test best practices.
• Guide customers through NPI, pilot production, and volume manufacturing transitions.
• Assist with fixture strategy, test program architecture, and deployment readiness reviews.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Business & Opportunity Development

• Partner with account managers to support growth of Keysight ICT solutions within strategic accounts.
• Participate in opportunity qualification, technical strategy development, and competitive positioning.
• Lead technical responses for RFIs, RFQs, benchmarks, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand Keysight's footprint through adjacent test technologies and manufacturing solutions.
• Influence customer test roadmaps through consultative engagement and technical leadership.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead coordination among application engineers, product divisions, R&D, services organizations, and sales teams.
• Communicate market requirements and customer feedback to product management and development organizations.
• Mentor and support Solutions Engineers and technical team members within the region.
• Develop and share reusable solution architectures, methodologies, software tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing test, ICT, test engineering, applications engineering, solutions engineering, or related technical disciplines consistent with the Expert Solutions Engineer level.
• Demonstrated expertise in In-Circuit Test (ICT) methodologies, manufacturing test processes, and electronics manufacturing.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing technical projects and deployments.
• Strong understanding of PCB design, electronic assemblies, manufacturing processes, and Design-for-Test (DFT) principles.
• Experience developing test strategies, technical architectures, and manufacturing test solutions.
• Project management experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and implementation activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Fluent Spanish and business-level English proficiency.
• Ability to travel approximately 25-40% throughout Mexico and Latin America.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Keysight ICT platforms.
• Experience with comparable ICT platforms from Teradyne, Digitaltest, SPEA, Takaya, or other industry suppliers.
• Expertise in Boundary Scan (JTAG), Flying Probe, Functional Test, or related manufacturing test technologies.
• Knowledge of test coverage analysis, fault isolation methodologies, and manufacturing test optimization.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting EMS providers, contract manufacturers, or automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
• Programming experience using Python, C#, LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++, or similar environments.
• Experience integrating manufacturing test systems with MES, traceability, quality, or analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting automotive, medical device, industrial automation, aerospace, or high-reliability electronics manufacturers.
• PMP certification or demonstrated project leadership experience.
