Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Experience with Madcap Flare.
• Willingness to work in Hybrid scheme.
• Proficient in the English language (Advanced Writing Level).
• Bachelor’s degree completed and experience with Adobe tools (FrameMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).

Responsibilities

• Write a variety of documentation materials for hardware and software products.
• Coordinate documentation plans and outlines; define audience and tasks.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with other functions.
• Publish in-house documentation and manage new/sustaining product docs.
• Collaborate with engineers, product management and ISC teams.
• Coordinate with translation providers and printers to ensure on-time delivery.
