Marelli seeks a Process Engineer to join the Electronics Manufacturing Engineering team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. You will ensure the stability, efficiency and continuous improvement of electronic manufacturing processes, supporting safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity targets.

You will develop, optimize and standardize production processes, provide technical support to production lines, lead corrective actions, support new product launches, and collaborate with Quality, Production,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in electronics/automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SMT, Screen printing, P&P (Panasonic and/or Fuji brands are a must), Reflow Oven, AOI (OMRON, Koh Young, Maker Ray).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plan, and root cause analysis tools.
• Prior knowledge of SPC tools, such as CPK/PPK, gage R&R, DOE.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and standardize production processes; analyze failures, scrap, and rework.
• Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide technical support to production lines; define process parameters, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams.
