Marelli is looking for a Manufacturing SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Supervisor at their Aguascalientes facility. This role involves overseeing SMT production lines, managing a team, and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and experience in a supervisory role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in SMT production or electronic manufacturing in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with SMT equipment and related technologies.
• Knowledge of the electronics manufacturing industry and SMT processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage SMT production lines to meet goals.
• Lead a team of operators and technicians, ensuring productivity.
• Monitor product quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement them.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for optimal equipment performance.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in the workplace.
• Maintain production logs and prepare reports.
