Marelli Electronics is seeking a Junior Project Launch Manager to coordinate new product launches in our electronics manufacturing plant. You will track timelines, manage risks and deliverables, and ensure production readiness from planning to mass production with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Engineering degree and 5+ years in project launch or manufacturing, experience with SMT, APQP/PPAP, FMEA and Lean practices; English/Spanish bilingualism is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5+ years in project launch, NPI, program management, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with SMT, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Track launch timelines.
• Actions items, risks, and deliverables.
• Support APQP/PPAP documentation, engineering changes, pilot builds, material readiness, equipment validation, and production ramp-up.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare status reports, follow up with teams, and escalate delays or risks.
