Arrow Electronics in Tlaquepaque, Mexico is seeking a Supply Planner to oversee end-to-end planning for complex customer accounts. You will align demand, supply, inventory, and risk management to meet commitments and business goals.

The role requires +5 years in planning, hands-on experience with Oracle, EBS, Demantra, and Jira, and strong data analytics using Excel and Power BI. The position supports a hybrid schedule with in-office days Tue-Thu and remote options on Mon/Fri.

Formación

• .5+ years of experience in Supply Planning or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Demand Inputs: Oversee customer forecasts and planning inputs to ensure accurate demand signals and overall system integrity.
• Supply & Replenishment Planning: Convert demand requirements into actionable supply, replenishment, and execution plans.
• Material & Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor material availability, lead times, shortages, and supplier constraints to prevent fulfillment delays.
• Inventory Strategy: Develop and maintain inventory, safety stock, and buffer strategies that balance customer service levels, cost, and operational risk.
• Risk Resolution: Proactively identify, communicate, and drive the resolution of supply chain bottlenecks and execution gaps.
