Siemens AG in Mexico is seeking a dedicated Early Professional for SCM-Procurement / Supply Chain Logistics. The role is full-time with a hybrid remote/office arrangement.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via multiple channels, processing SAP transactions, and collaborating across functions to resolve issues. A2+ years of customer support experience and fluent English are required.

Competenze

• Associates degree in related discipline is preferred.
• 2+ years of practical Customer Support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: fluent English required both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to address customer inquiries/escalations.
• Must be a self-starter and work independently of immediate supervision.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer experience via phone, email and online chat.
• Provide long-term resolutions through collaboration across functions.
• Manage incoming Salesforce mailboxes/queues and respond promptly.
• Execute SAP daily transactions including orders, returns, credits, specials, debits, and quotes.
• Prioritize daily workload and maintain KPI definitions.
• Support the personalized service model with zone/territory managers.
• Log all cases accurately in the CRM with customer details and resolutions.
• Coordinate with 3rd-party suppliers on order execution and status.
