Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Supplier Performance Agent in Mexico to lead supplier planning, performance improvement, and risk mitigation. You will analyze complex data, develop executive-level reports, and mentor teams across procurement, logistics and engineering.

The role requires strong communication with senior stakeholders and travel up to 70%. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain with at least 5 years in supplier management, plus proficiency in data analytics tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of supplier management experience with focus on performance improvement.
• Advanced data analysis skills to analyze complex data sets and produce actionable reports.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead suppliers to improve planning and forecast deliveries and resolve roadblocks with systematic measures.
• Manage supplier crises to minimize production impact with immediate mitigation plans.
• Support manager in team activities and action plans toward objectives.
• Analyze supplier performance indicators using Lean DNA and Power BI.
• Mentor team members on supplier development processes and share knowledge.
• Manage senior stakeholders’ communications and prepare executive briefings.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and ensure readiness to meet BA requirements.
• Travel up to 70% of the time.
