Job summary

Bombardier in Mexico is seeking a Material Logistics Agent to manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking for aerospace parts. You will interact with logistics, programs, finance, and production to ensure timely, cost-efficient parts flow while maintaining KPIs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field and at least three years of experience, with SAP familiarity preferred. MS Office proficiency and strong ethics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or Operations management and 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP and BAAN an asset.
• Strong ethics and customer focus.
• Excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Place Purchase Orders, follow up with suppliers and ensure parts are received on time and as per schedule.
• Administer portfolio activities related to invoices and PO pricing issues.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize quality, time cycle and costs.
• Monitor and confirm delivery of parts to production in collaboration with Logistics and other internal teams.
• Maintain Operational and Financial KPIs.
• Interact with multi-disciplinary teams (Logistics, Programs, Finance, Production, Quality).
• Apply and follow contractual terms with suppliers.
• Negotiate and implement change management requests and secure PO requirements.
