Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supplier management, focusing on supplier performance management and improvement.
• Advanced data analysis skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable reports.
• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and track supplier performance initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead suppliers into better planning and forecasting deliveries and resolve roadblocks, implementing systematic measures for progress.
• Lead major supplier crises and ensure mitigation plans are in place immediately.
• Support Manager in team activities and action plans to achieve objectives.
• Analyse and monitor supplier performance indicators in Lean DNA, Power BI, and executive calls feedback.
• Act as SME on supplier performance management, coaching team members and sharing knowledge.
