Markem-Imaje seeks a Software Solution Engineer to design and configure software per customer specs, test and document solutions, and manage installations through project delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Solution Consultant and Project Manager, and providing ongoing support for on-site deployments. Requires statement of strong English skills and a background in software engineering.

Formación

• Software engineering background with knowledge of SQL relational databases and OO languages (.NET, Java, Python).
• Ability to learn new software tools quickly and work with packaging industry tech.
• Fluent in English and able to interact with customers and OEM partners.
• Experience testing, installing and validating software solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Review design specs and plan software configuration per project.
• Write Detailed Design Specifications for deliverables.
• Drive software engineering activities per project plan.
• Meet schedule and budget expectations with the customer.
• Install CoLOS software at customer sites as needed.
• Provide hand-off packages to service teams and support escalations.
