Wizeline is seeking a Learning Program Manager to lead the setup, QA, and lifecycle management of digital learning content within Adobe Learning Manager. You will collaborate with LX Designers, compliance, and delivery leads to ensure engaging, compliant assets and data-informed decisions.

The role requires hands-on ALM administration experience, familiarity with Articulate Rise 360, and a strong eye for QA and regulatory alignment. Join a scalable, AI-powered learning organization.

Formación

• 5+ years in learning technology and operations with hands-on LMS administration.
• Proficiency with Adobe Learning Manager and Articulate Rise 360.
• Strong data analytics, QA testing, and compliance coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Adobe Learning Manager (ALM): maintain a reliable, scalable learning library.
• Manage Asset Libraries: ingest, organize, version-control e-learning packages, videos, PDFs, and interactive decks.
• Course Assembly & Quality Assurance: build modular learning paths and validate media playback, tracking, and mobile responsiveness.
• Ensure Regulatory Integrity: partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to manage content review workflows.
• Lifecycle & Version Management: track refreshes, update legacy modules, archive retired assets.
• Track & Report Impact: monitor learner engagement and outcomes using ALM reports and dashboards.
• Analyze Performance: translate LMS data into insights and escalate issues to LXDs.
• Enablement & Advocacy: onboard new team members to ALM and Articulate Rise, advise on scalable assets.
