GlobalLogic in Mexico is seeking an experienced e-learning content designer to help create engaging courses for diverse clients. You will partner with product management, engineering, SMEs, and global stakeholders to gather requirements and shape training objectives.

The role emphasizes applying adult learning principles, using Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud to develop courses and LMS content, and maintaining content aligned with product evolution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience designing and developing e-learning content.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content publishing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product Management, Engineering teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather learning requirements and define training objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses and instructor-led training materials using instructional design best practices.
• Apply adult learning theories to create impactful learning experiences for customers.
• Develop standardized training materials, role-based learning scenarios, assessments, and certification content.
• Create and update courseware as products evolve, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Participate in LMS administration, content publishing, and learning program maintenance.
• Analyze course feedback and learning evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with global teams to support multilingual content and training initiatives.
• Drive process improvements that enhance content development efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience designing and developing e-learning content.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning development best practices.
• Experience developing software-based training content and blended learning solutions.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content publishing processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Management, Engineering, Subject Matter Experts, and global stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design, graphic design, typography, color theory, healthcare, or software security is a plus.
