Aufgaben

• Identify potential new forms of staff or counterparty misconduct or market abuse.
• Determine whether these could be identified through current systems, processes, and data sets.
• Prioritize development of systems, processes, people, and data sets needed to identify misconduct.
• Input into and track development of new surveillance capabilities.
• Deal with alerts after passing level one filter by offshore team.
• Ensure alerts are escalated and resolved.
• Provide support for the expanding offshoring function.
• Suggest improvements to alert generation for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Carry out investigations requested by Regulators, senior management and businesses.
• Coordinate regular Management Information reports to key stakeholders.
