Job summary

Capgemini Mexico seeks a Power BI Lead to design, develop and optimize enterprise BI solutions. You will shape the reporting strategy, set data modeling standards, and lead modernization initiatives across analytics platforms.

You will drive data governance, security, and performance while mentoring BI developers and engaging with stakeholders to deliver valuable insights and scalable dashboards.

Qualifications

• Power BI expertise with Desktop and Service.
• Advanced data modeling and normalization/denormalization.
• Experience migrating Alteryx workflows to Power BI-based solutions.
• Strong DAX development and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of governance, security and RLS implementations.
• CI/CD deployment pipelines and lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Power BI architecture, reporting strategy and data standards.
• Design scalable enterprise analytics models and dashboards.
• Lead migration of legacy reporting to Power BI and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers and product owners.
• Mentor BI developers and ensure governance and security best practices.
