Job summary

Tormach México is seeking an experienced Plant Controller for its Guadalajara manufacturing operation. You will lead financial and accounting activities, maintain strong controls, and serve as the financial liaison between Mexico and the U.S.-based CFO.

The role requires deep experience in multinational manufacturing environments, intercompany accounting, tax compliance, and ERP systems, with a hands-on, strategic-tactical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business administration.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in plant accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting for Guadalajara operation.
• Manage month-/quarter-/year-end closes and financial statements.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and consolidation with U.S. parent.
• Monitor inventory valuation, standard costs, and cost allocations.
• Partner with Operations to improve profitability and efficiency.
