Takeda in Mexico City is seeking a People Analytics Manager to own administration, optimization, governance, and user enablement of the People Analytics team's core platforms and services. This role serves as the operational backbone for key capabilities including employee listening programs, workforce analytics platforms, self-service reporting solutions, and platform adoption initiatives.

Formación

• Five+ years of experience in People Analytics or HR tech.
• Experience supporting HR analytics platforms and data governance.
• Strong English communication with global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Administer People Analytics platforms, including configuration, access, governance, testing, releases, and enhancements.
• Maintain platform roadmaps and improve usability, scalability, and adoption.
• Support data quality, security, and reliable operations with HR Technology.
• Administer engagement, pulse, lifecycle, and ad hoc surveys with the People Measurement Science team.
• Configure templates, groups, hierarchies, reporting views, schedules, and launches.
• Coordinate communications, quality checks, issue resolution, and post-survey support.
• Apply governance and data privacy standards; provide training and self-service resources.
• Gather feedback and translate business needs into platform enhancements.
