Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a CBS Order to Invoice Analyst to manage the full Order to Invoice cycle within Best Practice standards. You will coordinate with internal and external accounts to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient order fulfillment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Customer Service or supply chain operations, with advanced Excel and English proficiency. Hybrid work arrangement offered with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong Excel skills.
• Experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the End-to-End Order to Invoice process per standards.
• Be primary contact for internal and external accounts on orders and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with CDTs and Logistics to resolve delivery issues.
• Use SAP/APO to manage order flow with minimal manual touches.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly updates for CS/L management.
