Marsh seeks an Insurance Operations Coordinator in Querétaro, Mexico to support Medical and Life operations with a focus on claims management and customer service. The role is hybrid, requiring three days on-site at the client’s office and two days from home.

The candidate will coordinate end-to-end claims activities, advise insured members, and manage policy movements, ensuring accuracy and timely execution while collaborating with internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in final stages (administration, business, engineering, psychology).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Major Medical and Life insurance operations.
• Strong customer service experience with confident client communications.
• MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables & charts) recommended.
• Intermediate-advanced English with strong written/spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage claims-related activities end-to-end with timely follow-up.
• Provide advisory support to insured members with clear guidance and high-touch service.
• Handle and track policy movements and service requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain documentation, status tracking, and adherence to service standards.
• Attend in-person client visits at times (on outskirts) representing Marsh professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, results-oriented operations.
