Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Customer Service representative to be the first point of contact for prospective ADI Global customers, guiding onboarding and coordinating with credit and sales teams.

You will initiate contact, follow up on requests, maintain CRM records, collaborate across departments, investigate prospective customers to prevent fraud, verify documents, and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• +1 year in a similar customer service position.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with new and prospective clients and serve as the primary contact for prospective ADI Global customers.
• Follow up on open new account requests.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM system and document interactions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to set up terms and ensure quick and easy sales for new customers.
• Investigate prospective customers to prevent fraud and ensure accounts fit qualification segments.
• Document verification to confirm authenticity.
• Review applicants' digital presence to assess fraudulent activity.
• Create a warm handoff to sales once pre-qualified by discussing ADI benefits and services.
