Job summary

McCain México is seeking a National Distribution Analyst to drive distribution strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimize deliveries across Mexico. The role centers on improving service levels, reducing costs, and leveraging SAP data for actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in logistics, a related bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and intermediate English. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in-office and two remote days in Mexico City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
• Experience working with transportation providers and distribution networks.
• SAP knowledge and ERP experience required.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Experience interpreting operational data and transforming insights into actions.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation planning and distribution execution across Mexico.
• Optimize freight utilization, route efficiency, and transportation capacity.
• Monitor inventory availability and customer orders through SAP.
• Ensure on-time, in-full deliveries while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Analyze logistics performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers and monitor service performance.
• Validate freight costs and support transportation cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate resolution of transportation incidents, delays, and delivery exceptions.
• Generate operational reports and provide logistics insights to support business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and service excellence.
