Job summary

McCain México is seeking a Planning Analyst to optimize inventory and lead supply planning activities across Mexico. The role focuses on ensuring product availability and supporting the Monterrey Distribution Center launch and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced SAP and Excel skills.
• Experience analyzing inventory, forecast, and replenishment data.
• Intermediate English proficiency with North America teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage replenishment and purchase orders in SAP to ensure product availability.
• Analyze sales trends, forecasts, inventory levels, and supply requirements.
• Monitor inventory health and identify risks related to stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between distribution centers to support demand.
• Support the launch and stabilization of Monterrey warehouse operation.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, suppliers and co-manufacturers.
