Job summary

Swiss Re in Mexico City seeks an Operations Team Lead to drive regional and national North America operations within the Americas Business Operations team. This role focuses on leadership, talent development, governance, and ensuring high-quality service across the Americas in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach teams, monitor KPIs, support recruitment and onboarding, and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and national North America operations and drive performance against KPIs.

• Manage governance, risk controls, and compliance across the team.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to achieve business priorities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and integration of new hires in the department.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to build a high-performing team.
