Job summary

Celestica is seeking a proactive Manager to lead Supply Chain Process Excellence across SCRM, MVP, and SLM in Monterrey. The role focuses on standardizing processes, removing bottlenecks, and delivering dashboards and scorecards to drive operational performance.

You will partner with plant operations and finance to realize value, manage CI projects, and enable digital transformation with analytics and tooling improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, operations, or related field.
• 5–8 years in supply chain, manufacturing, or process improvement roles.
• Hands-on data extraction/analysis in SAP and Excel; Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Rollout and execution of the global Supply Chain Process Excellence Framework.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, SIPOC workshops, and Kaizen events to improve efficiency.
• Develop KPI framework and scorecards across SCRM, MVP, and PVM; track metrics.
• Build Power BI dashboards by extracting data from SAP/Oracle ERP systems.
