Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or process improvement.
• Hands-on data extraction and analysis using Excel, SAP, RR; strong Power BI skills.
• Strong analytical ability with data validation and basic cost-benefit modeling.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and execute the global Supply Chain Process Excellence framework across SCRM, SLM and MVP.
• Map local electronics workflows, including change orders, inventory rebalancing, and supplier interactions.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, SIPOC workshops and Kaizen events to improve workflow efficiency.
• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards to monitor performance and value realization.
• Collaborate with Finance and Site Operations to measure financial benefits and drive governance.
